Conflict Management Services  was established in 2003 by its Director, Maura Keaveney Costello. Based in Crumlin Park, House and Resource Centre, her business provides a range of services for the private and corporate sectors as well as to individuals on a one to one basis.

Maura received her formal training from the Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and is an accredited Mediator with CEDR.   Maura holds a diploma in the Psychology of Counselling, is a member of the Institute of Training & Development and the Incorporated Law Society having practiced as a Solicitor for many years.

Maura has extensive experience in the Employment and Industrial Relations area both in the traditional legal forums and the world of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Maura involves herself closely in each assignment, thereby ensuring that clients receive the experience, knowledge and attention to detail that they require to achieve their objectives successfully.

In the last twenty years Maura Keaveney Costello has gained unrivaled experience in helping parties manage, resolve and often prevent disputes, through non-litigious processes.  Conflict Management Services offers a number of processes and educational interventions to assist people in the management and prevention of conflict and stress.  Conflict Management Services realistically increases all parties chances of finding a workable long term, cost effective and time efficient solution.

Driven by her personal interest, knowledge and experience, Maura has designed and continues to direct and present Adult Education Courses in her field. The aim of these courses is to equip people with skills to apply positive and proactive approaches to the management, prevention and resolution of Conflict and Stress.
